Shipping policy

HamilJawnz ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Cost

Shipping is a flat $10 on every order, no matter how much you buy.

When your order ships

Every piece is cut and sewn by hand, so your order ships as soon as your item is ready. You will get tracking by email the moment it goes out.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands. If tracking stops updating or your package does not arrive, email hamiljawnz@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you chase it down.

Wrong address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will reship it once you cover the return shipping.
